We have high standards when it comes to our food.  All of our products are:

• FREE FROM refined sugar - our products are sweetened with pure organic agave syrup, maple syrup, and rapadura;
  
• FREE FROM refined flour - we use organic wholemeal flour and whole organic legumes; 
  
• Wheat free - we primarily use spelt flour (except for our gluten-free recipes of course);
• Made with organic ingredients;
  
• FREE FROM artificial preservatives, colours or flavours - we use natural colours (such as beetroot and turmeric) and the natural flavours that come from whole foods.
